Plain English. No legal jargon. Everything you need to know about how your data is handled.
Career Co-Pilot is built and run by Ronald Ikpe, an NHS professional who created this platform as a personal project to help healthcare professionals navigate career transitions. It is free to use.
When you register, we collect your name, email address, NHS trust, job band, career stage, and domain interests.
As you use the platform, we record which features you use, jobs you view, and actions you take. This is used solely to personalise your experience and improve the platform.
If you upload a CV or LinkedIn profile, the content is processed to extract skills and career fit information. Your CV content is not stored — only the results are saved to your profile.
Some features use Anthropic's Claude AI. Before anything is sent to the AI, your name, email address, and all identifying information is automatically removed.
The AI never sees who you are — only anonymised career content. This is enforced at the technical level and cannot be overridden.
Your data is stored on Supabase servers located in the United Kingdom. It is never sold. It is never shared with advertisers or third parties.
Ronald Ikpe, as the person running this platform, can access your data for the purpose of operating and improving it.
You can request a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Email admin@mrimedic.com and you will get a direct personal response. Deletion requests are handled within 30 days.
If you have any questions about how your data is handled, email admin@mrimedic.com directly.
